Paquettes Camp -We are located on the outer edge of the Chapleau Crown Game Preserve thus offer excellent Moose hunting and Black Bear Hunting. Our Moose hunt takes place in WMU 32 and WMU 35. Both areas are open to rifle hunters. WMU 32 is open to bow hunters. Our Bear Management Area (BMA) is 187 square miles of prime Black Bear habitat and our hunt is set up for both Bow hunters and Rifle Hunters. Black Bears harvested by guests range from 150 pounds to 400 pounds. There are bigger Black Bears out there. Our Black Bear hunt is excellent with success rates being between 75% and 100% each year.
Five Mile Lake Lodge - We have two of the best outpost camps in the region with both offering trophy fishing opportunities. You can train-in to our outpost on Goldie Lake where you will find excellent Northern Pike and Smallmouth Bass fishing. This secluded location also offers some very good Lake Trout fishing. Our brand new camp on Wenebegon Lake is a an ATV-in outpost that offers fantastic Walleye fishing, along with Northern Pike fishing as well.
Borden Lake Outfitters - We are north of the arctic watershed and have water depths to 200 feet and 80 islands, which hold the big trophy fish. Our lake and the neighboring lakes offer trophy walleye, pike, lake trout, brook trout and bass fishing at it's best.
Flame Lake Lodge - Tucked away in the Northern Ontario Wilderness and 45 miles south of Chapleau, our lodge is cozy and comfortable and has a surprising amount of luxuries for a camp this far north. The main focus of our lodge is outdoor activities and adventure. With this in mind, we also offer camping, ATV trails, snowmobile trails, canoeing and other activities for the whole family.
Moose Horn Lodge - We are 4 hours from the Michigan Border. Eat breakfast in Michigan and be at our lodge by lunch. For our Southern Ontario customers, we are only 9 hours from Toronto. Not far to go for peace & quiet, very few people, beautiful scenery, plenty of wildlife and great fishing.
Happy Day Lodge & Outpost - We are a Provincial Designated Conservation Reserve Lake. What does this mean? This means we work closely with the MNR biologist and we have rules that protect the breeding stock of Windermere Lake. By protecting the breeders, this ensures that our guests will have a quality fishery and gives our guests a greater opportunity of catching a trophy fish of a lifetime. We encourage our guests to harvest only the non-breeding stock for eating and taking home. Remember, there are plenty enough non-breeders for everyone to fill their limits. Happy Day Lodge has a saying…PROTECT THE BREEDERS & YOU WILL CATCH LOTS OF EATERS!
